Man, when I lived in NYC, I went to this place every week. What a flashback this video was. Man, I miss it.
OMG! I knew this would exist but its sick! Im actually impressed!
When I go and eat Pho I assemble the perfect bite also…but for each bite!! It’s takes forever but it’s something I can’t stop doing!! I’ve never been able to just slurp up noodle soup!! I’m the same with ramen (though I’ve never eaten ramen outside my house!).
I do the same. I’m a nightmare to eat with when it comes to any asian noodle soup dish and I’m not sorry

One tip if you don't like hard boiled eggs (overcooked yolk) and you have some sort of broth to work with : you can mush the yolk in the broth to make it creamier.
Yea, you still gotta eat the whites, but since it's the same as soft boiled eggs, I'm sure you won't mind.

I know this is off-topic but I'm always amazed by how expensive food is in ny, I live in Japan and you could get a bowl of ramen and dumplings for less than 10 dollars here
I know right!!! In most of Asia(except Dubai and some other middle east countries) food in restaurants is super cheap 😌.
