This technology is called "Biometric Facial Recognition" and its all about making airport security better and faster. It's supposed to help spot potential threats quickly and make our travel smoother by cutting down on the wait times at security.
But, it also makes some of us worry about privacy. When our faces are scanned, where does all that data go? And how safe is it from hackers or misuse?
There’s also the issue of how well this technology really works. Sometimes, it has trouble accurately recognizing people of different races, skin tones, and genders.
