I find it amusing that those who do not go to the trouble and work to have a channel are the first to criticize those who do. Especially this channel as Luli is careful to hold her tongue and keeps returning to teach us gentle lessons. You can start a channel or switch to another you think is a better resource. Please remember to ask for clarification without criticizing when speaking to your host/teacher/teammate- your life will be happier.
Thank you for your comment 😊
Thank you for your wonderful, helpful videos😊💖 I'm not a beekeeper, but would love to be.
Strongly recommend taking a bee-keeping class. Best wishes.
I am not a beekeeper I'd love to learn.❤
Great!
Very cool! I want to get bees next year for my homestead. Great video ❤
Go for it!
I would add that you look for a local beekeeper club and take their intro to bee keeping
Bees are completely visual. The plastic goes Dark. The Wax is yellow, and combs stay more in brown tone. Think Moods. Colour triggers Moods. I would think the black with the plastic IS a Negative for Colour Sensitive Animals/Bugs.
Thanks for sharing.
I agree with you on plastic foundation and like you I don't throw them out until they are completely unusable. BTW, have you tried using only top strips of wax foundation in your frames?
I have not. I've been keeping bees for 8 years now. Most of my education is from my papa, he uses the whole sheet of foundation. I have seen bees build up and repair holes and missing areas.
Yes, it works. But takes longer for
Bees to build a nice and even.
