Gustavo did his job to the hilt. It's awesome that he made 3 and a half minutes of stealth music knowing that the stealth sequence only lasts about a minute and a half.
@@havelthedeadinside1799 may not be in the same quality as no rest for the wicked but i still find it good considering gustavo kept payday's music identity
@@lhaeno the identity? Have you heard any of payday 2 music? Ots not generic garbage you find in a rundown nightclub, the only good song out of this soundtrack is dirty ice and that joke sound in rock the cradle
I absolutely love the part that comes on at 8:30 that sounds like an electric guitar/theremin that sounds almost like it came from the game Risk of Rain 2! Then it goes full argent metal afterwards. This is my favorite track in the game so far.
On launch day I remember playing through No Rest for the Wicked and hearing the same track from the beta. I’ll be honest I’m not the biggest fan of it, little too slow and too much on the funky side. Was a little confused on what PD3’s music direction was. Then we get to Road Rage, the 2nd heist. When I first heard 6:27, that’s when I knew this soundtrack was in safe hands. Gustavo knows exactly what the fuck is up.
@@ThatMerlinsClaw Mechanically, it's like the "move with the truck" sequence in Hoxton Breakout, followed by the usual Armored Transport drill and deposits, all taking place on a Green Bridge-esque setting. Only the one location though, rather than the multiple transport hit locations like PD2.
Man... I dont really like payday 3's music all too much. I guess I should have expected this as Gustavo never grew on me personally. I kinda hope for some guest artists later down the road though 🙂
9:09 Bro really said 👻
This made me laugh so hard
Best comment holy shit

WHO LET GUSTAVO COUTINGHO COOK! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🗣🗣🗣💯
8:10 a lot of doom vibes here
sounds more like tekken actually
@@KeravnosPrime thank you for reminding me of this shitty game
@@jamwasd you're on a payday 3 video you're used to shitty games don't fret
This one is my absolute favorite out of the rest, it just has that both og and 2017 Double Cross energy. Definitely Gustavo's best work yet
this is the take 2023 fr for me
This goes fucking insane
gustavo coutinho being the goat 🔥🔥🔥🔥
this guy never disappoint
For you sure but everyone else find this bad

@@havelthedeadinside1799 i think having 109 hours of pd2 gameplay on steam wasn't enough to keep my argument, either my opinion.

6:04 - 6:15 probably the best part of the whole track
panic room is that you?
I prefer payday 3's soundtrack over payday 2. The direction is much more enjoyable to me, reminiscent of payday the heist which I like.
Heat time !

Yeah its very much like the Risk of Rain lead synth but EQd a bit and i love it aswell!
Risk Of Rain is awesome
gustavo has yet to fail us

6:28 reminds me of the show How It's Made.
This is definitely my favorite track from the game so far

Armored transport heists are making a return?
Heist is a mix of Armored Transport with Green Bridge.
@@stomcat450I'm not talking about what it's mixed with.
You ever played the armored transport heists from pd2?
that's what i'm referencing.

This part 9:09 is not apart of assault wave loop, it has its own name "LastSection_B". Just wanted to point out.
It is a part of the assault loop, but there is a 50/50 that the part at 8:07 plays instead of 9:07
Feel like the ending doesn't really do the song justice
fuckin good, assault extended when?
