Almost all of their food is made from scratch, about 90% of it.. the chicken is breaded pretty much to order and the seasoning is a secret recipe that employees do not know about, it comes pre-packaged.. so sometimes it might be more spicy than others. I love Chick-fil-A because the food is fresh one of the only fast food restaurants you can go to anymore that the food is made to order for the most part..
Something about a breaded or battered chicken patty that requires, for me, to have a sesame seed bun, lettuce and mayo. Pickles are optional. Coleslaw too with any sort of potatoes. I grew up on KFC---no other choices then, so I'm accustomed to their menu of sides.
This is my my favorite lunch combo delicious mmm the original chicken sandwich and the waffle fries I always get this with a large vanilla milkshake when ever I go to chick fil -a

The authors of this article mentioned other chains' chicken sandwiches but for some odd reason just seemed to forget the chain that made them famous for "chickin" sandwiches. Burger King, Wendys ramp up the competition in the chicken sandwich wars (yahoo.com)

My favorite place, I eat there at least once a week, truth be told more like twice. I like the Polynesian Sauce, it's like habit forming. Try John Soules Southern Fried Tenders, frozen at grocery store, cook in oven or air fryer and it tastes a whole lot like Chick fil-A

I went on Wednesday... My drive thu experience was almost exactly like yours... I forgot to get the sauce... My chicken was so salty I (almost) couldn't eat it...
It looked like garbage. Why would you eat a dry processed piece of chicken on a crap bun with nothing on it? Maybe have a tub of wall spackle after? Yum.

Definitely my preferred fast food choice. Good taste, clean, and employees who don't treat you like dirt.

The Truitts restaurant here is a sit down restaurant where they have waitress and waiters and the other part of the restaurant is a regular chickfala.

To make their sauce, just get Ken's Honey Mustard and Liquid Smoke. About 1/2 cup of Honey Mustard to 5 drops of Liquid Smoke. Add the smoke to taste.
