It's very unusual, while we know 4 is a standard one. Don't know much about 5, though. We'll just have to see... I hope for a mid 2024 release :)

If I read that correctly, I think you're asking if I'd rather learn by myself as a self-taught or with the help of a teacher? Well, I'm already a self-taught so obviously I'd rather learn it myself. But learning with a teacher is also perfectly fine IMHO as long as you're still learning something
I personally do not care too much about Synthesia, but I would still recommend it. Though, if you know how to read sheet music, then that would probably be your best bet overall. I don't recommend learning by ear unless it's something natural for you :)
Oh, gotcha. Well, the basic stuff that you need to learn about the pedal (we're talking about the sustain pedal in particular) is to press it down after playing a note, then release the pedal and press it down again when you play the next note/chord. There's a certain "rhythm" to it that you kinda have to get used to, but it basically becomes second nature after a while. There's various techniques centered around pedalling, but these are the basics :)
@@saiisuki I listen to the piece until I am deeply familiar with it, then I literally try to replicate it on piano. Personally I try to play it immediately as intended, without slowing it down or stuff like that. But I realize that for most people it would be easier to play a more "basic version" of the song first, so I definitely still recommend doing that.
