Same thing with Eric Dane who plays Nate's dad cal his really a sweetheart but plays a bad guy I loved him in Grey's anatomy so much as Mark Sloan and Jacob is so sweet to
I love how much Davion is rooting for Rue/Jules. I love how empathetic Nathan is about Cassie. I love Cameron's reactions to all the batshit crazy stuff that happens in this episode.

Nathan is literally right here, Nate Jacobs is one of the main focuses this season. Hate him all you want, that doesn't remove him from the story, haha. Rue is obviously the main character while everyone else is a side character. But out of the side characters, Nate is the one with the most focus. And let's be honest, without Nate, the season would not have been as successful as it was. He's the character we love to hate, creating all the drama.
I’m pretty sure they are already done with it on patreon or at least coming to an end because they are setting up for another show. I personally never saw the special episodes. Are they really important? Also, no spoilers if they lead to the rest of season 2. I’m only at episode 4 of 2. Started watching because of these guys.
@@john.c.munoz04 I would say their really important. They give a lot of insight into rue and Jules specifically. You don’t HAVE to watch them, but it made the experience better for me
rue didn’t put him in that situation all she did was ask him to scare him and he could’ve not did it. but that’s just how much he cares about rue. even if she didn’t ask him to scare him and she just told him what nate’s been doing, knowing fez he still would’ve said that to nate regardless
The show tried so hard to empathize that McKays dad over pressured his son into having a toxic “no pain no gain”. He had some damn good quotes, but he didn’t teach McKay a proper way to react to feelings. Still a better dad than Cal Jacobs though 😂😂😂
I'm really appreciating Nathan in this reaction, because he's defending everything you guys rebuke. Like making fun of the Panda Express on plates but at least the moms provided for the family like you don't know how many jobs she's working not every parent has the time to cook or buy groceries.
Nathan has my favorite perspective for Euphoria so far. I also favored Lexi and wasn’t to into Jules’ plotline. BUT, her special episode, along with Rues, is really beautiful and I hope you guys watch it. It gives you a lot of insight to both of them. (Either onscreen or offscreen) I feel like almost everything DOES tie into Nate. We all hate Nate Jacobs, but his storyline is incredibly complex and involves almost everyone, it undoubtedly kept my attention the longest. Now, I get chills whenever I hear his theme song. Jacob Elordi plays him scarily well. Lexi, Fez, and Rue are my favorites as well 🥴 Rues character is a lot deeper than what’s seen at the surface, especially due to her addiction. I loved the fact Rue gave us the perspective of someone with that addiction which is ultimately a sickness.
There was a scandal in USA when doctors started giving prescriptions for hard drugs to patients in hopes to get them hooked on them so the drugstores could sell them more and doctors would get money from signing the prescriptions (something like that). The point is that doctors and pharmacists plotted together to make patients become addicts so they could get money and that what happened to Cassie’s dad. There’s one specific drug that is too strong and is very likely to cause overdoses and addictions, which is the same drug Fezco refuses to sell despite Mouse insisting, its an expensive drug and it also is the same drug (or a drug like it) that Cassie’s dad got when he spent time in the hospital. Its kind of an unrelated fact but I think its mind blowing that because the main head of healthcare institutions decided to complot for money so many families got destroyed.
I'm sorry but I actually could understand McKay's side. I know he has "9 months to get ready" but neither of them are financially or emotionally stable to handle a baby. The reality is they need more than 9 months to be stable enough for that. McKay is completely entitled to feel some type of way, as is Cassie. They talk it out and come to a decision, at the end of the day it IS Cassie choice, but McKay is NOT wrong for feeling overwhelmed and unprepared and not wanting a child at this point in his life.
exactly I don’t like how they tryna make him the bad guy. neither of them are ready to be a parent she’s still in high school and he’s in college. like that’s early asf to be having kids especially when it’s not planned and neither of them are financially or mentally ready to be a parent. even tho it’s definitely her choice he’s not a bad person for feeling the way he does
@@laiiinicole Honestly and everybody forgets that McKay is the same age as Nate he just graduated early. They are all teenagers. McKay has his own masculinity and personal problems from his father over working him and pushing his feelings to the side. And Cassie’s has her’s from her father leaving and her alcoholic mother. They do not need too add a baby in the mix.
I clicked this so fast, this is my favorite episode from the 1st season especially the detective part XD **Possible SPOILERS for those skipping to the comments: To my knowledge, this hasn't been confirmed or denied but what I think is happening is: You nailed it Ana reminds Jules of Rue and is the version of Rue who isn't addicted to drugs. Fez even though he deals drugs would rather have the drugs come from him so he can make sure there aren't any additives that could kill the people he deals drugs to.
Tbh McKay was being harsh, but they're literally like 17 years old, so you can't really get mad at him for not wanting a kid and hoping she doesn't keep it. Yeah they shoulda used protection in the first place, but that don't mean just let them have a kid anyway. That's unfair to them AND the kid, cuz that child would end up fucked up. Also I'm 100% sure Cassie didn't really want a kid either, she just wanted to be loved, and ig she thought them having a family together would make that happen🤷🏾♀️
Nate doing bad things and being a bad person doesnt make his character bad. His storyline is quite interesting and well written plus well acted. This show wouldnt be good without him, im just saying. The character of Nate is so twisted and crazy and weird, which makes it good.
ethan didnt get excited about what kat said to him at the party, he was just trying to prove himself to the girl that he liked, trying to get on her level, so he could have her back. dont know at what point u got the "oh so he's into what she's selling, he's a weirdo" thing.
You can understand where all the issues Nate Jacobs has come from and still think he's a piece of shit because he is, an explanation it's not an excuse for his behavior
Lol no, he doesn’t even know her or what their relationship really is. Rue was literally in the middle of a depressive episode and was pissed at the entire Jules situation, here comes this random stranger sitting in her dads chair and asking private questions…. that’s why she reacted the way she did.
