Pure legends. There will never be any other like these guys. They’re purely distinct personalities from one another and their personas fit them to a tee. There will never be wrestlers or wrestling for that matter like this again. Today you have too many made up characters that don’t fit the people who “play” those roles at all. It’s like overgrown men pretending to be wrestlers playing on their mattress in their bedrooms. Just doesn’t look right, it’s awkward and cringy to see them. They have the world to thank legends like Hot Rod and Mr Wonderful that paved the way for them. Too bad they can’t take it to the next level. The marketing and the machine behind them is what’s keeping them going. Not the other way around like it used to be. RIP Hot Rod, Mean Gene, and Mr Wonderful.
