I kinda wish TMTrainer were more common, but when you pick it up it adds only a 10% chance for any item to be a TMTrainer item, and the more TMTrainer items you pick up the higher the chances of more items being TMTrainer items.

Tmtrainer is broken because it can do anything. Its like multiple death certificate rooms of different opportunities of what could happen with tmtrainer.

once i got an active item that had no charges and therefore could be used as many times you want and what it did was that it spawned like 5 blue spiders
I got an item from tmtrainer that spawned another Isaac every room clear and I crashed 10 rooms after

Incase you wanted to know what every TMTRAINER item that he collected in order did:
R: When an item/pickup is collected, spawn a penny.
:8 HAG: Kill all entities in the room, +2 health up, heal 1 red heart
*F HEZ'I": Issac's bombs gain the bob's curse effect
oss blast + 5 bombs: Issac gains ipeac. When issac is damaged, all pickups turn into sad bombs. They do not create tears.
G TOOTH BA: When the room is cleared, Issac gulps his held trinket.
V 8S£: When issac is damaged, a giga fart cloud is spawned in their place.
Unknown name item 1: When in hostile rooms, Issac will periodically spawn friendly shiitakes (the tiny mushrooms) that disappear when leaving the room.
Unknown name item 2: When a room is cleared, The pause effect activates, fart cloud and a giga fart cloud is spawned on the last enemy who died. Enemies killed will spawn stationary familiars which disappear when leaving the room.
G UP + FEAR: When an explosion appears, rocks will fall from the sky. When a pickup/item is collected, a red glitter bomb, a giga fart cloud and a red fart cloud is spawned in its place and Issac gets a sack of pennies for the room.
XI%R+C 9: -1 Health Down, +1.24 range (idk how to reverse the calculation), When issac is damaged, spawn a fart cloud and a teal giga fart cloud in his position.
D ~ "FQ: Acitve item with 3 charges, When used, Create a fart cloud, wait 0.7 seconds, play Issac's bad event animation, wait 0.7 seconds, spawn a half-eternal heart, wait 0.7 seconds, and spawn a half-eternal heart. When the room is cleared, Spawn a half-eternal heart. Can only be triggered in the same room the item was used.
]P+_ MEGA BEAN GIG: If issac takes damage in the room it was collected, crash the game.
LU@°ZF Z: +0.05 tears up, +0.2 tears up, spawn a giga fart cloud on all the entities in the room when collected.
" Q Evil S: When an item is collected, spawn a giga rocket facing right, +1 health up, heal 1/2 red heart, When issac collects a pickup, he takes 1 full heart of damage.

@@dragonglass5650 if your talking about the names of the items, no, it just chooses random names of random items/enemies and sometimes random characters/sprites
@@sirligma3369 I think they mean the effects of the glitch items themselves. How do you know precisely what they do?
@@longfork4177..by seeing what the fuck they do when you pick them up? you dont always have the exact fucking stats and effects of every single item dude

I don't think that TmTrainer being completely and utterly broken is a secret.
It's kind of the whole point of the item.
I once got a tmtrainer item that gave me the megamush state after being in a hostile room for 5-15 seconds
this challenge is so easy if you just learn to not be greedy, find something that works and stop taking items, or ball and die
(I once lost because pickups hurt me, I could only heal with double hearts)

I once got a tm trainer active item that was just crack the sky with no charges

One time this happened to me, but instead it was pills, i got to exploit it and beat delete this challenge, i mainly just dropped my card, and then i would just pick up pills untill i get full health

@@techsecballer I meant to say that everytime i picked up something a pill appeared, and when i picked up a pill another pill would appear, so i had Infinite pills
