Awesome. Works perfect and you even demonstrate where to adjust speed. Fyi to make it survival friendly with fire spread on just use nether wood signs with lava on top. 1 or 2 golden apples eaten strategically should make up for the extra lava damage
trust me, i tried alternatives. when theres signs and lava, even if you touch the lava, the signs are in the way of your vision. a fire ceiling is the best way to go.
@@krabdekalm been playing it since last night. Lava ceiling and a couple regular golden apples make up for the extra damage. Crouch to take even less damage but move slower. Theres nothing else I can really do about the signs. You need something that doesnt let the lava flow while at the same time lets you go through without resistance. Just keep looking forward and you only get obscured temporarily when you miss. I'm also experimenting with lingering fire resistance potions. 1 each, basically for when you cant avoid it. 45 seconds is as low as I can reliably get the duration (just thought of suspicious stew as i wrote this). Basically, yes. You are right. The original game with fire spread turned off is better and less obstructive. But if you are on a server that has fire spread turned on and still want to play, this is the solution. You just might want to rebalance your loadout, the 2 golden carrots Greg uses wont cut it with lava. Ps. Gonna experiment with adding lamps to the other side so you have 3 walls lighting up. As it stands it seems like the winning strategy is to stand in the corner with no lights so you can see everything. It would be nice to at least have 2 winning spots to avoid player clumping. Edit: forgot to mention: wax the signs or you're probably gonna have a bad time.

They must hate people playing with fire spread off. The only correct way to play is with their default settings, obviously. The cube doesn't rise I made every platform 4 slabs in a square shape and only one side of the redstone lamps that actually work I used sticky piston I am in minecraft java Not only this makes the game worse but it makes it ultra easy because if we stay on the slabs that don't move. well you get the idea pls help Edit : replayed the video a few times and realised that the rails were pointing to the wrong direction they both have to be facing opposite directions so if you're experiencing the same problem then I hope this helped
This tutorial also "works" in PS3 (you need to change the musical blocks to the redstone lamp) The part what not "works" to me it was the on and off of the red lamp (in the zone of up). The other thing every work (but i improve a bit in this part 8:38 (the redstone don't put in the cristal and i can't do that part how say the vídeo)

😢 I did not read the comments... So in a bedrock world I tried to make it. I was in survival and no cheats. So when I finally finished I was so excited. But it did not work... Hours of getting materials and building it for nothing. Thanks for making the video though.

yea the dirt works as a timer, the hoppers move them one at a time. depending on how many dirt blocks you put, it changes the interval between each tile movement. thats why i changed it from gergs, but you can do whatever works for you.
@KrabdeKalm nah just decide to create another version using silverfish as the mechanic to trigger the pressure plates. It's fun because the maze tries to kill you.
you know the 2 blocks of dirt with the redstone and lever on it? the lever is the power switch for testing. assuming you want to move the lever somewhere else for convenience, you just connect the redstone line to wherever you put your new lever. otherwise, if you like keeping it underground/in the circuit area, you can skip that step.
im not copying him, i literally gave credit in the title. the only reason i made this video was because he never went in depth in the original video, and i felt a proper tutorial was needed. read the rest of the comments, it clearly helped. grow up.

My solution was lava and signs. It's a bit harder but not by much. We should be able to light the bottom side of netherrack, change my mind.

When i put 5 dirt blocks in the funnel i doesn’t work when i put 1 dirt block in it it does work but it goes to fast

bedrock redstone is different. you could try replacing the note blocks with redstone lamps, but if that doesnt work, i cant help you
