We cannot show all the nuances and problems when replacing, this is all individual and it is not always possible to solve them at home. The fact that the shock absorber does not rise is possible because your shock absorbers are oil and not gas. We cannot give a definite answer whether they need to be changed or not, we recommend that you consult with your mechanic.

Can you tell me opinion...i installed new sachs front shock absorbers, 20 days ago, and i have one problem on driverside shock absorber, when car is staying parked for a whille, 30 minutes for example, and i come and press down that corner of car where is that shock absorber, first 1-2 times up and down is going so easywithout resistance, and after that becomes hard to push like it should be....later when i drive its seems good, but when car is staying longer than 10-15 min shock absorber is again soft first 1-2 bounce up and down...what is problem?
