Untangle the knots or cut off the red tapes to make the process effective and efficient. Thus able to let the victims of Yolanda move to their new homes before Christmas. Provide terminal report which hopefully be use by the new secretary of housing. True democracy can only be attain with opposition if its absent then its dictatorship. Bullying and oppression should not be practice in the government.
