Paulette I am a big fan of anything corn lol. I love pap but I don't make that stuff anymore because of the fat content, if I could make it, I'll probably be drinking it everyday. believe it or not but I will have some cornmeal bakes coming soon.

Hi Tina I made it eggless. I used buttermilk and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and some vanilla extract. Was delicious. Was buying the store bought for my husband but he said the one I made was much better by far.
yes you are correct cornbread 25 to 30 minutes , Looks good! I would not use a butter knife in my pan, I use a nylon spatula by OXO; it won’t scratch the pan.💝
