My late grandmother used to weave that durian basket and that was the only way i knew how to store a dodol. Every hari raya my late grandfather and his children would cook the dodol for 12 hours. And my father's chinese colleagues would always ask my father if he spare them a basket of dodol. And the unique way of eating dodol out of that basket is to slice them and peel the leaves which then expose a nice pattern at the side of the dodol. Good old memories which are now forgotten.

Asam pedas so good.. Nice try
The last fruit you tried, was i thimk called Buah Salak literally Bark Fruit, in English its kmown as Snake skin.
Got various flavours, must keep eating before you like taste, try pickled salak
Yes! It’s pretty yummy, with a funny texture
wah abg ajib pandai buat ketupat..sya blaja smpai skrg failed 😂
Jom belajar sama hehe
Stirring dodol is 10x harder than it looks. Once you volunteer, you feel bad if you give up before it's fully cooked 😀 Fortunately this is melted the version
haha and it was super hot and the smoke went into your eyes!! haha still a fun experience!👍
Im happy to see guys having fun staying in malaysia. I just want to recommend you to have some insect repellent with u guys because dengue fever is a really big issue now. Take care guys...

thank you❤️❤️❤️
That's an apt description for salak...it takes all the liquid in the mouth and makes it dry haha
And Steve stirring dodol is a sight to behold 😍
hahaha good though even if it makes your mouth dry👍
I learned to make ketupat during my teenage years and now can make one less than a minute. After all i have live more than 55 years on earth. Ha ha ha.
Ivana was bittened by mosquitoes. We tend to say that mosquito like to bite ppl with sweet blood/darah manis.
Less than a minute! That takes skill! Good work
I enjoy the video n Steve's naughty nature n sense of humor. Poor Ivana got bitten i guess by mosquitoes. Your abang ajib is such a wonderful host. I didn't feel the vlog boring.
Awesome! Thanks for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed
