since DW3, I have followed Dynasty Warriors, and I really glad the use "Arena" as theme song for this stage. one of my fav theme song of DW, not to mention, the first time I hear it, also from DW3 Guan Yu Escape
Here's the thing.... you can play the companions, but there's a time limit. Unfortunately, you can't play the musou characters throughout the whole battle 😒

Considering how well this game was developed - I wouldn’t be surprised if dynasty Warriors 10 comes out next year or later this year

I don't think they will release DW10 this year. I can see them announcing it later on this year. Just my two cents

They "kinda of" did bring back free mode, but it does suck that you can't play the musou companions
