You are one of my fave builders because you never miss! Everything always looks so REAL. I’d LOVE some no cc builds from you! I try not to download too many lots with heavy cc, especially alpha cc, & I’ve found it’s much easier to take a no cc build and renovate it myself with my own cc.

Your realism is amazing. So many sims builds are not so real in what they have out there. I watch house hunters tv program all the time and I know what the homes they are building and have built are like. And this is it!!!

Okay I NEED this house in my game. This is my DREAM house in real life!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE a kitchen that has that kind of diagonal island looking out into the Living room!!!! I've always found it IMPOSSIBLE to recreate in The Sims because putting counters or islands on an angle makes them glitch, but by God you've done it!
Also THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for the duplicate CC mod!! I just got rid of over 1500 pieces of duplicate CC!! My PC actually has storage again!!

Thank youuu 🤍🤍 the mod clean up was a LIFESAVER lol and i usually start by finding an exterior i like on Zillow or the realtor app. Then after exterior i do a floor plan just based on how i want the house to flow lol i will definitely make a video of my start to finish process 🤍🤍🫡

You went into the kitchen and I gasped. That is exactly my aunts kitchen even looking over into the living area with the fireplace except she has a tv over hers. The backyard sliding doors is even in the same spot. She doesn’t live in TX tho 😂. But wow that’s exactly her setup.
