Oh btw if you were wondering, ASMR (or асмр in Russian, for SEO :P) is a tingly feeling people get from sounds and visual stimuli (for example whispering, tapping or hand movements), these tingles are very relaxing :) however, even for those who don't experience ASMR the videos often still help them sleep and battle insomnia, like ASMR does for me. I go by Luuk/Obviously, but my Korean fanbase calls me 오슬희 (Oh Seul-Hee) ❤️

I have a big day tomorrow, and just know I'll have trouble sleeping, but I think this will help a lot. The void setting was a nice change in pace and was really effective with the hand movements, which were phenomenal as always, and just highlighting your presence. The guided relaxation was done very well, and the barely audible whispering was super calming too. I saw the petition to keep ads off the end of vids was doing really well (over 20k last I saw), so congrats on that! I hope it shows TH-cam how important it is to people.

Okay… before I even settle in for my nightly ASMR time this time, I thought it best to leave a comment. I’ve been meaning to for the last few nights and then passing out without doing so.
I LOVE this vid!
Leaving the thirsty part out of it (you know, where you mention walking around naked)… My favourite kind of ASMR is soft, slow whispers with the right amount of mouth sounds. Along with countdowns to help relax the body… and there’s all this in this vid!
If you’re ever stuck for ideas, please please do another vid like this dedicated to relaxing the body… it really helps me to shut off by focusing on “shutting down”. And with those insanely beautiful soft whispers you do so well 😘

I do wonder though, how did you get such a large korean fanbase? I don't think I've ever seen anything like it with the asmr channels I know of -- other than korean channels ironically getting a ton of english fans too, but I have not seen that reversed 😯

Oh and one more thing : Ambient backgrounds with warm lightening feel much better than Complete black backgrounds. Including background makes it feel more immersive. Here you look like you're stuck in a Void.

Notes for Luuk: Upon further views, I note (1) the light is glaring on your forehead when you lean in, creating stark color zones on your face. (2) I do like the shadows it generates; it gives the appearance of elongating your nose, which is interesting. (3) I quite liked when you lay down and waved your hands slowly, an interesting experiment. My earlier comment was for when your face was visible and you were moving and undulating your hands (12:27 is my personal favorite). Btw, you made that sound again… 13:56… lovely. Oh, and the noises at 21:00 and following… I note the labiodental consonants, but there are others I’m not certain of. Thank you, Luuk, for continuing to do these, and for your petition.
