We were there a year ago and getting ready to head back next month. I love Belize and Lilly's food was hitting! You're in Belize not the States..their motto is "go slow" and that's what they do go slow even when preparing food. We Americans are so use to "fast,fast fast..

It was called the Truck Stop! It has 2 different food trucks, 2 bars and live music!
