Love them together !! They are made for each other. Francisco has always protected her and truly loved her. He sacrificed himself and let her be happy with Carlos. He put himself on the sidelines for her and yet kept no resentment. I hope Francisco and Alba stay together otherwise nothing else will make sense!
Wish we'd gotten more of them at the end of S4, but really appreciate this season for showing Alba recognizing how much she loved Francisco. The way she spent every night at the hospital for a year was just a beautiful testament to how much she was willing to do for him, just as Francisco had showed the lengths he was willing to go in S3.

In season 4 she CLEARLY admits and doesn’t deny to Carlos that she is still in love with Francisco. I am glad that they are endgame. She is dead but at least they were married, their love is infinite ♾, they will continue to love each other through the death. I am still trying to comfort myself about the end, thinking about the 7 years they spent together, happy, in New York City, between the season four and five.
