This category is so disappointing now, just look at how many cars there are. I use to love watching these cars but like most motor racing in this country it has gone to crap. The cost to go racing now is getting ridiculous, no wonder there’s so many cars sit in the work shops.😢
The producer that thought it would make good tv to split the coverage between touring car masters and drivers signing autographs, needs to find another occupation, pathetic.
It's not Stan sport that wrecked it. It's the fact the cars are far too expensive and specialised now. There are far to many freedoms allowed now on the cars
@@marcpaola1371 thats been the case for a long time. The series was still getting stronger. Too many Toranas now. No diversity, no free to air coverage and to move away from Fox was a mistake. People aren't going to pay for Stan Sport just to follow TCM. And without the viewership the interest isn't there. ARG should've used SBS aswell as Kayo to showcase their categories. Ch9 have been pathetic. Now most of them are slowly dying.

@@marcpaola1371 you're forgetting the AMC Javelin 64 Falcon Sprint Jim Richards kicked ass in, XW and XY Falcons, Mercury Comet, XA sedan and coupe, XB coupe, Ford Capri and HQ Monaros that raced in the category. Those heydays are long gone and sadly its going to end up a distant memory soon enough from what I'm seeing now 😞

What happened to the Tru Blu XD? 14 cars? No Tilley Valiant. No Jesus XY? I knew going to Stan Sport would wreck this category.
