After watched all the episodes of JoJo Stone Ocean, Soldier recommends the anime to Sniper. However, Sniper doesn't like it. He likes Attack on Titan more than JoJo, so the debate begins here...

I have to say that Yoshikage Kira is one of the most terrifying manga villians. He seems like an everyman. Someone's drinking buddy, a kind coworker. Then he turns out to be a serial killer. And people like that exist IRL.

Anyways it's a nice 22 episode anime from 2008, and it is a rare one because it's set in a fictional south america a setting not often shown
Give it a try I think you'll enjoy it, it's a very heartwarming story
