I wonder I Amii has tried a piece of 1/2" drywall to knead her clay on. I use 2' square pieces from the hardware store, they last a while and are easy to store. She could use duct tape around the edges to prevent drywall dust from polluting her area. Bleach water wipe down once and a while will prevent mold.
The process is hypnotizing the product is simply amazing
