Dorata, as always these are wonderful. I have a question about the foil design gel. I have noticed that you use it for foil and chrome pigment application. I am confused about whether it has an inhibition layer. To my mind it would seem that it must for the foil to stick but if the chrome goes on a no wipe top coat, well I am just confused and I hope you can clear this up for me. Thank you sweetie.
