some people who watch his stream ask really dumb questions. is this card good? is this combo viable? is this deck viable? which deck is the best? if i wear no socks when i play rag will my RNG be better? people, seriously... if you have a question about a deck or a card or a card in a specific deck just get on the ladder play more than 10 games with it to get a decent sample of outcomes and you will have your answer. he doesn't know your decklist, or how the card in question is implemented into that list so all he can say is "idk go find out...".hearthstone is a game of variation, the trick is finding out which variation of witch build compliments your own personal play style the most. decks that are good for strifecro may not be the same as the best build for trump for instance. trump is more focused on making value plays, whereas crow puts a huge emphasis on keeping tempo even when sacrificing value is required. and the only way to find out what build and what variation of that build suits your playstyle the best to give you a large positive winrate is you getting on ladder yourself with these deck ideas and putting them through the ringer to see if they work for you. my highest winrate deck i own rightnow is a handlock style deck that runs combos with voidcaller and 1 dread infernal, 1 illidan, 1 malganis, 1 jaraxus (though voiding him is usually bad) and 2 doomguard.the rest of the deck plays like handlock, but the void doomguard combo allowing me to drop both doomguards from my hand only ditching 2 cards gives me a HUGE amount of burst you don't normally see from handlocks. this deck does wonders for me, but my friend tried to use it and make it work and couldn't win a single game with it because it's very technical, which doesn't fit his aggressive style. like instead of holding on to the void terror for the sylvanas combo as i intended it to run when i built it he would drop it on turn 3 after a turn 2 ancient watcher... point being Trump doesn't know what decks or cards are going to work best for you, he only knows what he has learned works best for him. so don't ask for handout info, just build something and use it and tweek it until it fits how you play. and if it isn't giving you a possitive winrate ask yourself if it is just built poorly or does it just not fit in to the current meta?
Finally, Trump plays a deck i have all the cards for! My non-Naxx legendaries are exactly Antonidas and Dr. Balanced.
Things I learnt watching this video: I would flip the fuck out if I had to put up with Trump's chat for even an hour.

I faced lots of mill druid this moth and they suck they try to mill my deck but what they don't know is that they are helping me because my rouge deck is super agro
***** Mill druid is very simple against control and has a great matchup against most, it dumps on any deck that has an emphasis on drawing cards and having answers- so control decks. Against mid range decks it's a little harder to play and it's weakness is aggro. Rightfully so because mill druid is bullshit against something like priest.
***** The mill decks, especially druid are pretty bad in the current meta IMO, with the crazy amount of aggro around, and the fact you'll probably be around 15 health on turn 4-5, you'll eventually run out of healing before they're even 2/3 of the way through their deck.
Fatigue Mage (I call the druid mill because it has more milling potential, mage because you generally fall asleep before the games over...) has more potential, 9/10 times they wont be able to deal with a 2/8 taunt (deathlord) on turn 3, vs aggro the deathrattle generally wont matter because aggro decks have a whole lot of small minions... and its CRAZY if you can duplicate a deathlord or sludgey. That being said it too can be difficult if you get a sub-par start and they get a good one.
The above being said, they're both fun as to play :D

I've been playing this list for budget Mech Mage, it works fairly well to the point that you draw 6-7 cards off Jeeves every game and gives you late game burst from Commander.

What tournament was he talking about where they need to run 7 legendaries of different mana costs? That sounds fun and I hadn't heard of it.
Trump, you mentioned that lightbomb is good against control, but not against aggro. Is it because of the need to immediately respond to aggro with smaller spells and early board control via minions?
Do you recommend running a flamestrike to assist for slow starting hands and situations like the Paladin matchup?

I still don't think Mech Mage is as strong as some people suggest. Like any good deck, when it works, it's a thing of beauty, but so far I find a lot of its wins are based purely on your starting hand. A bad turn 1 and 2 usually means a slow and painful defeat most of the time. I haven't found one variation to be stronger over another.
That said, it is hella fun to play!

Its a mid-range deck, its normal for it to be reliant on a good starting hand. The only question is if it can win consistently, which it obviously can.

Are there varying turns that are best to play mirror entity if you have it in your hand against different classes or are there usually key turns?

you play with 2 snowchuggers, 2frostbolts and 1 antonidas, so wouldnt it be better to cut 2 fireballs for 2 icelances? huge value with antonidas, and chugger/frostbolt
How does the Mirror Entity Trigger at 12:18 when it isn't even in play when the Keeper hits the table? I feel like that's a bug, but Trump mentions that that is how it's supposed to work.

How do you draw the deck ? Do you randomly draw a card each turn or do 30 cards are randomly set in different position at the start of each game and then you draw from the top/bottom. Because on the animation it seems lke you draw from the middle of the deck which infers that you draw a random card ?

Just play the decks you find enjoyable. Currently right now I thought I would try out a Druid Mill Deck. It's hilarious. Got like a 60% win rate (at lower ranks) but hell, it's funny.
So i do not have the mage legendary that is in the deck. What do you guys think i should substitute it with?
I run LITERALLY the exact same deck as Trump is in this video, with one exception. Instead of Archmage Antonidas I have a one of Flamestrike, I feel having a Flamestrike increases my win rate vs Hunter since it's basically a stalemate in the earlygame and Flamestrike blows them out in the late game but I wanna hear some other opinions on what might be better than Flamestrike in that spot.

I have a mech mage deck, but I'm farly new to the game, i have none of these legendaries, I got to rank 4 with it.
Instead I have FlameStrike and Unstable Portals, I have to count way more with luck, but it's what I can do with my cards :)

Is it ok to replace Black Knight with Hogger in Trump's Ramp Druid Deck?
Is target dummy viable in this deck? Its my favorite Card
Dr Boom and Archmage instead of Sneeds? I mean, sure, spare parts synergy with Arch. But Sneeds is a great mech, fitting in that deck.
If you're looking to replace the legendaries, a second Azure Drake like he said is good. Also think about Stormwind Champion as you usually have 3+ minions on the board throughout the game making Stormwind a good, cheap shout.

ok, can someone explain to me why the meta changes between each season? I get how metagames change over time but why is the end of one season/start of the other such a big thing, isn't it just the same people playing the same game just one day later?
Can someone pls explain why some people have golden cards instead of the normal ones and don't use the golden ones?
Trump prefers to have all of his cards in the same style, to have a half of your deck normal and half of it gold doesn't go well together so until he has an all gold deck he'll just use normal cards.
I really hope trump plays a mill deck or fatigue mage…. kolento got rank 1 with mage so it's obviously a viable deck

Tirion is esential.If you don't have it the late game will be substantially weaker to the point where the deck is not playable.

any generic anti-aggro deck. I only lose to the double mechwarper opening or when Antonidas gets stealth with the spare part.

So I am new to hearthstone and whenever I get to do the arena I am getting like 2 wins on average (my highest was 7) but anyway are their any tips or strategies that help with doing the draft and making smart choices.
yes trump has a but ton of arena plythroughs. Look up trump teaches on his channel ignore the fact its old as it has the principles of how to play arena and how to draft a deck. Then if you want watch the recent arena runs say once a day and see if you pick up anything useful as the trump teaches were pre goblins vs gnomes
It's all about the reactive cards there.
If you go up to 3 wins on average then that's a 50% win rate so...
