W.salam.. I don't have exact source these heights are used in common in gulf countries.. sure it varies upon demand and space of bathroom..
Approx height for Muslim shower is around 600mm or 24inch, 2 feet from floor.

Brother this mainly depends upon height of sink, generally pipe line is recommended to install between 22 to 24 inches from floor level, standard height for sink or vatinity is between 18-20 inches.. so normally pipe are fixed around 4 inches above..
