@efix-lab Sir, before you start troublshooting dead laptop or no power computer you should download its Schematic Diagram first? is the mosfet is the main power source of motherboard?
please if you can help me i have a problem in the power sequence,everyt time i plug the power into the psu it starts and all fans starts to spin without pushing the pc power button but the pc wont boot else i push the powr button and after i shutdown the pc the psu and fans stay on,so what do you think the problem is?

pw_switch or FP panel sw (pwrbtn) is 3.3vsb ever.... by the same 3.3vsb mosfet regulator in your pic. SUSB = SLP_S3 etc

i desktop boards bios not required up to 41 chip set boards, boards that uses PCH, requires bios program to release control signals.
