Your copy is definitely the 1969 original Please Be True [Please Be True Riddim]. Correction for West Gone Black. It was done by Jah Jesco and Jucey Bravo in 1979.The baseline is excellent indeed. A million thanks for your upload.

it was repressed in 1979 and originally released in 1975 on a white,green and red studio one label

I heard "West Gone Black" and a couple of other versions of this riddim when I lived in Kingston in 1976. This riddim was the soundtrack for much of my stay there. A lot of political violence did gwaan in '76, especially in West Kingston.
