With "league parity", the kicker is really a member of the offense now more than ever. Pat Summerall, who's real first name was George ,use to say that the kicker usually scores the most points on a team. I never checked that as a fact or not. But, because he was a kicker, his nickname "Pat" stands for Point After Touchdown, seemed to be very knowledgeable.
The highest scoring 20 players in NFL history, are all kickers. The 21st is Lou Groza, who played several defensive position, but was a kicker too. Then it looks like all kickers, until the 41st highest scoring player.... which is Jerry Rice. The kicker being the highest scorer each year is common knowledge for who have watched the NFL before fantasy. Instead of arguing, simply look it up.
Fisher would be nice to have. Also Fuller would be so he can take the top off the defense’s. Love to see us go get them two. Emmanuel Sanders is still available. He definitely be great for the young WRs we have. Even TY be good. Fuller probably be first choice if money was right.
You can’t simulate what Turpin did in that game on Saturday! And that’s why you play games Fish! You can’t simulate real games in practice you just can’t do it!
You are correct. The NFL and NFLPA just seem to be willing to take that chance, in order to save bodies. It’s the same reason they did away with two a days.
You have to practice real game speed to learn real game speed! You can’t do that in 7 on 7 or team ware no one hits you! You only get that in real game reps period end of store! You can’t play football scared! And theirs only one way to simulate football speed and that’s to play the game for real! You can’t practice real game unless you play real game!
I'm highly concerned about the offense!! Our starting wr's are CD, and NB, with JT as the third. All the defenses will do is double CD, put their best cb on NB then line up to stop the run!! SJ needs to stop being arrogant, and realize our time is now, and add to this team!!!
Do baseballs players practice hitting pitching at 70 or 90 mile an hour fastball‘s? Do they only practice against fast balls or do the practice against curve balls and off speed? Ya maybe that 95 will hit them and injure them but that’s what their going to see in the real game correct?
Again, Steve, your points are valid, all of them. But the NFLPA have simply overruled our expectations with the goal of protecting these “priceless” players. I’m 72. When I first played in 1960, face guards were just coming into use.
Bruh, if I hear one more person say the coaching staff has seen rush do it referring to that viking game, imma snap. Yea, he won the game. I get it. But did anyone WATCH the game? And his performance. He sucked. If not for Cooper bailing him out on God awful throws we lose the game. Between that and Zimmer conservative bad game plan.
You can’t simulate real game reps can’t do it because her practice zero tackle route go to the ground you don’t do any of that so you can’t simulate game reps and practice these guys need to see real game reps before they go into a real game race car drivers practicing 55 miles an hour and then going into a real race at 250 miles an hour it doesn’t work
And one last thing, my friend, due to this modern NFLPA environment we play in, it’s all important that the team that has the most potential “1’s” players is most likely to win. I hate even saying “the 2’s” and “the 3’s”. I wanna see 53 starters take the field on Gameday.
Thanks Fish 🎣 for insight into the Cowboys
Thank you Uncle Fish for great information. let's Go Cowboys.
Fish you have the HOTTEST news, thank you!

We need Fish's eyes at practice. So he can be our roving reporter!!

Did Turoin get hurt at end of practice?
Hurt yes, injured no.
Receivers have not had a chance in games because it’s Cooper throwing to them.

I been saying this since they release coop🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️ They have to bring in a WR
Tell me why Sam Williams isn't The Weak Side LB and Bashem the Weak Side DE?
Turpin

Let me ask you? Do NASCAR drivers practice at 50 miles an hour or do they practice at 200 miles an hour?
Their body is protected by a car.
I miss Red Ball.. maybe he was usually 8 and 8 but he definitely belonged in the "88 Club"
Hes definitely a class act.
This is not an unusual concept for certain players, all starters... Maybe. I don't disagree with starters not playing in meaningless games.
Then dont keep score.
