Rent a car, do some days I Svolvær, and some days in Hamnøy, and just have some wonderful days I Lofoten. Maybe we meet some day there.

@@ReidarHernes Thanks a lot mate! Are there a lot of hikes 'accessable'? I understand that it depends on weather conditions haha. Any in particular you would recommend in winter? I'll be sure to post some awesome footage!

I do not know how much experience you have in the mountains during the winter? If there is a lot of snow, then you have to use skis, or snowshoes. But be careful, the mountains of Lofoten is steep, and it can go avalanches.@@bardomeister

@@ReidarHernes thanks so much for your answers. We go skiiing in Austria every winter and do a lot of summer hikes. We are not that experienced in winter hikes however. We would like to do an organised hike or snowshoe hike, but we can't really find any companies that do theses things. Do you by any chance know any companies? Thanks again!

BarDo Media Ok, it's not the same, skiing in, prepared skiing resort, and skiing in nature. But it's find, that you know, how to move in the snow. Try to contact visitlofoten and ask, or maybe base camp Svinoya, in Svolvar. They also have very nice accommodation in Svolvar. It's called Svinoya, or in Norwegian Svinøya rorbuer.
