Divebomb is amazing! Super fun to use and absolutely OP! At first, i thought it was mid, but once i found out you can charge it, my opinion about the glove completely changed.
Those are some good guesses but no, it's not a reference to Genos. The animation, camera angle and impact of attack is a reference to Delson's smoke Orbital Drop from "Infamous: Second Son". i suggest watching a video about the game and compare it to slap battles, it's really cool.

Trash Glove, Extremely Long ahh Cooldown,Very strange Range and Knockback,Abiliry gives way too many time to dodge or hide somewhere like under a Sakura Tree,the only thing thats worth it are the stats
The range is huge, plus it does massive range and knockback by just holding E for five seconds. The ability goes out sideways, so you can't hide underthings, plus the range goes up. The cooldown is balanced for something so broken.

Heres my opinion why reverse cant affect divebomb's ability: its bc you hit the ground when landing and not the person.
According to your logic, if the earth hits the player with a reverse effect, then he should do the opposite: that is, blow up the earth too

First of all I considered that and second according to the wiki page, it's cool down is 26 seconds
