Hi there. The bottle has water and soap in it. And the canned air, I believe you are referring to my smoke machine. I bought it a couple of years ago through eBay. It cost me less than 100 dollars. Small and very useful when you need it.

Greetings Giuliana. The tool itself doesn't produce smoke, you need a smoke machine to be able to produce the smoke. There are different kinds of automotive smoke machines in the market for almost every budget.
