PART. 3 Micro Processor & Plc Based Electrical Controller
1. Main on /off Switch.
2. Through the display board (attached at panel make) you can adjust the speed of machine, cutting of pouch and more over if there is any problem in the machine, which will be shown in the HMI Display board.
3. We use make PLC, DRIVE & HMI DISPLAY BOARD.
4. PID type temperature controller to give machine right control sealing temperature
5. AC frequency drive with latest addition speed adjustment.
6. Photoelectric mark registration system for precise cutting and accurate sealing of pouches\sachets
