I did it. I double tap D and hold for a few second, then tap R shortly, then double tap D again. This would keep the speed above 170 km/h. You can choose to crush some small cars if necessary but not to many. Be very careful with bus and trucks. The sidewalk on the opposite direction is usually cleaner than your side.
