For the second, about the inertia crack formula, isn’t the larger amount of moment to the concrete make the inertia decrease? But the formula doen’t have any relation to the moment. And for the last, is the inertia crack happend to the concrete when the concrete reach moment of crack? Like.. when the moment service under Mcr, inertia of concrete as big as inertia gross.. but after moment service reach Mcr, is the inertia of concrete immediately become inertia crack? If that is true, so what is inertia effective which ACI 318 give for?
