Each year, a group of exceptional talents selected from top Dutch companies in Brazil embarks on a journey of intense learning and collaboration to share, learn, and grow.
For 8 weeks, the Orange Academy program provides a platform for participants to exchange knowledge and expertise, covering important topics such as Strategy, Leadership, Business, and Innovation and put their problem-solving abilities to the test by tackling a case challenge and presenting the outcome to a professional jury during the Graduation Ceremony.
The fourth edition of the Orange Academy program was a success, thanks to the collective efforts and dedication of everyone involved. We are deeply grateful to our talents, speakers, coaches and judges for making this edition a remarkable experience!
