Postavljanje plugova na traktor - imt 542

Traktoru542, ako ima originalnu poteznicu TJ gornju polugu s navoj ima, najbolje odgovara odvikavanje, na 32 navoja sa obe strane graničnik. To je zbog toga što prvo ralo od dvobraznog pluga mora biti visočije od tla na ravnoj podlozi oko 2,5 do 3 cm. ( centimetra). Nagib pluga u drugoj brazdi mora biti takav da kad traktor zagazi zadnjim točkom u brazdu prilikom oranja, plug za sobom mora ostavljati brazdu kojoj je pod ravanipod kutom od 90 stupnjeva u obliku YLOVA L. Lanci na donjim polugama moraju se poklapati da graniče kretanje plugova tako da se oranje slaže orilikom skeniranja u poravnati or ko da je pobranjano Dakle zahvat pluga prvog mora biti takav da zahvata brazdu do kola i po klapa je s već odoranim točno i to nabačajem daske pluga spuštenom do dubine oanja poravnati s visinom daske pluga. Mala poluga stavlja se u položaj između dva kružić koja zauzimaju označen položaj da se lako pomoću te poluge izdiigne ralo u slučaju proklizavanja ili zapinjanja
Gornja poteznicu potiskava specijalni mehanizam na kačenju prema pumpi u unutrašnjosti traktora. Ta kontrolna polliga mora biti obavezno u krajnjem donjem položaju ako se ne koristi prilikom drugih radova inače može slomiti sigurnosni ventil i kućište pumpe.
Velikom polugon diže se plug i spušta. Brzina spuštanja i dizanja ovisi o položaju te poluge dali je na pznaco dovn ili fast. Tjj brzo ili sporo. DAKLE PUCA KO STAKLO, AKO SE OPTERETI VUČOM

Brzine kretanja traktora moraju biti takve da se traktor ne davi i ne dimi crni dim. NAJBOLJE JE. PRVA BRZINA U BRZOM POLOŽAJU ILI VEĆE BRZINE U SPOROM POLOŽAJU. NIJE DOBRO DAVATI GAS DO KRAJA, VEĆ U ZELENOM POLJU OBRTNE KAZALJKE OBRTAJA MOTORA, BITNA JE KONTROLA I ČISTOĆA PROTOKA ZRAKA I GORIVA KROZ FILTERE SUSTAVA OBAVEZNA KONTROLA RADNE TEMPARATURE RADNOG STROJA I KONTROLA PRITISKA ULJ.
