That is absolutely wild the sound coming from NKP 765. I was on that trip wearing a Meijer Stronger Together t-shirt, but goddamn hearing the stack talk is unreal, especially during the photo run by, it was a incredible to feel the ground shake as it roared past.
Once again, it was great getting to see you again there! I had a blast chasing the Indiana Rail Experience for the first time, though I will admit Saturday was a little bit hectic for me.
Excellent Scenes and footage my Friend. You did a awesome job catching some of the best locations in fall for southern Michigan with our Berk. Thanks for sharing with us... JR
Vintage photo charter with 765 pulling 20 vintage freight cars on the mainline would be neat disguised as a New York Central Berkshire 765 for the restoration of 3001!
Awesome finally getting to chat with you that day! Love the intro as well! Something new too! Like it a lot! My video drops at 5 and I’ve been promoting mine like crazy lol
That is the same whistle It has had on since 1979, the Nathan 6 chime from 700, minus some guest whistles. It has been tuned differently over the years. Last year it was restored to the famous 80s sound. Glad you enjoyed the video!
This video has been deemed a certified banger. Nicely done Christian. Any 765 fan will certainly enjoy this!
Thank you Jared! But wow the legendary Jared Steele commented on my video? I am honored!!!!

I see myself in the photo line around the 25:00 min mark. Great video.
Hearing the 90’s style whistle again just gives me chills every single time!

Good morning christian
24:33 - "It's a COMMUNITY!!"
I got a pretty important question. Why do they have the Paul Revere? That car belongs to the Cuyahoga Valley scenic Railroad
@@maxm4375 that’s not really an important question. Also I have no idea. You’d have to ask Fort Wayne.
@ I think I will. I’ll ask Kelly Lynch later on today.
We need a R&N 2102 and NKP 765 double header. Allentown to Jim Thorpe or Allentown to Pittston would be awesome
Fun fact, a doubleheader does not double your profits, but it does double your expenses.
@@joneau261 good point it'd be cool though
