This is very informative. It has confirmed my observation on this plant. Would you know how to keep thr variegated leaves? They easily dries out unlike the nonvar. And so my plant now has lost the var leaves.

Could be root rot. I'm guessing it's already dead because you posted this comment a year ago
Nice video. How often do you water the propagated stems and leaves?
For stem propagation, water when 50% of the soil dries out. And in the case of leaf propagation, water when the soil dries out... 😊😊😊
How often do you water the leaf cutting while waiting for the offshoots to grow roots on the notches?
I generally water once a week or water when 70% soil feels dry. 🌷🌷🌱
