Nice choices. The top nectar plant among them all is no doubt the _agastache foeniculum,_ my favorite just because of its superior pollinating capacities. The Korean variant _(Korean mint or agastache rugosa)_ is a good choice too!

Good choice! We also love Monarda punctata. It is a super pollinator plant. Bees go wild.

Nath, thanks for info. I looked up grevilleas aka spider flowers, and it says some have flowers virtually all year round, even in winter. I’m in Texas, and the drought resistance and full sun characteristics sounds perfect for me.

There's one called Arizona Sun that always have bees on them. I think it's called carpetflower. ?
We grew tall zinnias and are delighted to watch a honeybee work its way around the blossoms. If you grow the flowers the birds and bees show up. It's awesome

'Arizona Sun' blanket flower is a wonderful, compact bee plant! Tall zinnias never fail to impress when it comes to pollinators.

Hello, do you by chance know of any flowering plants for honeybees that do well in partial to full shade?

    • @SunGroHorticulture

Heuchera, Tiarella, Epimedium, Pulmonaria, Helleborus, and Woodland Phlox are all good shade perennials with flowers that feed bees.

Honey Bees, Bumblebees, Blue Winged Wasps love our Mint and Oregano (Hagerstown, Maryland)- and these perennial plants seemingly need NO care - they'll take over your flower bed and yard. The mint tea and oregano herb are nice for humans too.

Bees love plants in the mint family! Both mint and oregano can easily be grown in pots to keep them from taking over. Salvias of all kinds and Agastaches are my favorite mints for bees.
