I’m glad they told the mom they were about to make her daughter cry, so she had some warning. That said, she got over the tears fast. She’s going to grow up to be a strong woman. I’d have been having a cow the whole time.

At least they caught her allergy! She'll be good, toddlers get over weird stuff.😀
I used to eat seafood, especially shrimp, a lot as a child. Suddenly when I was 12, I popped a shrimp in my mouth and BOOM! Closed throat and can’t breath.

@@judygilbert6919 Strangely, for some, allergies do come and go. In some cases, the reaction could get worse and worse each trigger but suddenly it(the allergy) goes away like it was never there.
Ugh I absolutely adore them. I’m sick with covid right now and I’ve been watching every episode I can find. Thank you guys for what you do ❤️🙏🏻

She took that treatment better than many adults I've known.
Everything Holly said is so important to hear! My mum had kiwi often all her life …then one day while in a hotel for a few days she had an apple that sat next to a kiwi in a fruit bowl and she got an itchy throat and swollen lips. The next day she had another apple and her hands were itchy, her eyes and her tongue swelled up. We went to the hospital but they weren’t sure what had caused the allergic reaction. Two days later she had another apple and went into full allergic reaction! It was so scary! She had a bunch of tests done and it was kiwi!!! She was warned that the next episode could be full anaphylaxis!
Two months later someone at work had cut up kiwi in a salad in the same room as her and she had a bad reaction! Just from being in the same room! She had eaten kiwi for years and even had one the first night in the hotel… soooo strange and very scary!

I love these 2. Amazing at what they do. I'm a grown woman and when I had to be admitted to the ER twice with COVID my dad had to drive me because I was that weak and sick. Getting the IV both times was brutal. I asked for my dad to come back and they wouldn't allow it.
This was the best video I’ve seen today!! She seems like SUCH a great mom!!!! And the little girl is so cute too!! Hopefully this is just a one time thing, or she grows out of it!!❤️

Aww her crying broke my heart
I used to be allergic to shrimp when I was a baby but now I can eat all the shrimp I want. I'm very lucky I never went into anaphylaxis or had any serious stuff happen. I was a baby and I swelled up but im all good and OBSESSED with seafood, so I'm very happy my allergy went away!!

So I've been allergic to blue dye forever and it was never a huge deal... the other day I accidentally ate a green shrimp chip (they look really similar to the yellow cause the dye is so light) and my body just was like "nope I'm done" my tongue felt weird, I started to itch I got sores in my mouth like all I thought was "I need benadryl and I need to get my epi pen refilled" lol
Wow! This is the first time I’ve seen someone else with a dye allergy. I’m allergic to red dye! This is not talked about enough

Allergic reactions are scarey,my 17 yr old is highly allergic to latex,which alot of people are not aware latex is in bananas and kiwis and other fruits as well,she is allergic to strawberries,bananas,kiwi,latex,and more recently raspberries

@@karaigrayson8198 It does,its hard enough to be a teen and a Senior in high school as it is without having dietary restrictions,she can't go out for pizza unless its gluten free,which we don't have to many around here that has that,she also can't have diary either so no ice cream,we have gotten good at reading labels,she has to take her lunch every day to school as her little school that she goes to doesn't offer gluten free options,she tries her best to manage her dietary issues and we have gotten good at reading food labels,her college she is going to will have gluten free options and she is excited for that,she is planning on being a eating disorder therapist

Shrimp allergies are quite common. Because, like other shellfish, it has a protein compound that’s difficult for some people to digest. I have that same allergy and my grandmother did too. Hives are NOT fun.
