I kinda wonder what happens if you too equip mist raven and start dodging his attacks. After the first dodge, do his attack sequence breaks or will he continue to teleport and attack you?
he'll still continue the combo, and quite a lot of attacks can't be interrupted.

It's capped to 30fps on oldgen, meaning you get new information twice as slow when compared to PCs typical 60fps, often reducing your reaction window.
@@ir-dan8524 but surely if it's capped at 30 your reaction time will still be the same sure it's a tad slower but you simply adapt to the movement. Now when it's at a variable rate then you're fucked.
It makes it so that the frame on the screen is more outdated by the time the next frame rolls round. The difference is small compared to human reaction time, but it makes a difference because you are allowed to react sooner to the thing happening in some cases. I wouldn't say it makes these enemies impossible though, unless the frames drop below a stable 30, as you say. It makes the information not only slower to come, but inconsistent.
I don't know man I was so addicted to sekiro on PS4 Pro. I beat it nine times in a row before I quit playing. This is my favorite game of all time. Because of the combat. I got so good at this game. I hope one day they do a second iteration but I don't know if it can ever live up to this first game. It was just incredible. Those last several playthroughs I was untouchable by the ai. I got my butt handed to me so much and everytime it made me want to master it more and more. It was the first game I downloaded on my PS5 because I wanted to experience 60fps with this game. Maybe one day a PC copy so I can play with all the mods. But my point is even on the older generation consloes you can get very good
