Yes Sir. Naval guns have had unmanned turrets for quite a number of decades now. The truck chassis setup is an adaptation of a crane truck used in construction at least 100 years ago. Every time I see a "cherry picker" or certain fire trucks I can see the evolution of these artillery trucks. However, in China I doubt they had very many large vehicles until the 1990s.
