A country itself is not a unit , but union of states , which consists of various cultures, languages and religions . So in a democratic country , a country is known as federation of state and these states enjoy some what autonomous status under central rule . Every state has right to maintain their particular culture and I think 35 A is a protection of this culture. Politicians making this a fuss .
Listen, islamic jehadi terriost supporter Muslim, Any citizen of India can go to a state to get permanent resident certificate, if he can buy the land , Then why not any any Indian got permanent resident certificate, and buy land in Kashmir. None of her children's will be inheriting her rights and claims, while it's not so for a man who marries outside Kashmir. You should mention that Article 370 was forced by Nehru and Abdullah against the strong opposition of DR Ambedkar, father of Indian Constitution but accepted as a temporary provision. Article 35A was inserted in the constitution under presidential order.Its legality has been challenged in the SC.
It wasn't added through presidential order rather it was the product of constituent assembly, Ambedkar denounced the provision and refused to add it in the Indian Constitution.

Moreover domicile prohibitions in NLUs are only for OBC, SC and ST categories and not for 'unreserved categories', whereas in J&K such prohibitions are for everyone irrespective of otherwise reserved categories. Hence this is misleading information
