I love this type of video. I still have so much to learn with dioramas and I feel like you are doing a lot of the heavy lifting for me with these teachings and guides. Thanks mate!
@@TheParkAttendant I just found out that the only place I can get foam plates is from Amazon. I either have to stick with cardboard or hope that a package I order doesn't get stolen.
I love it! Thanks Were the paint colors used the same in all three bases? I ask because, for a more “apples to apples” approach, the paints/washes used in all three would have been identical to each other.
The last two bases I used the same paints (AK 3 gen Deck Tan, Graphite, Vallejo Iraqi sand and Tamiya Deck Tan ), the first one was different, I choose cheap apple barrel paints. For those I choose the closest colors to AK and Vallejo paints. When choosing between enamels and oils I choose similar colors except one of the oils had a little more green than I was expecting on the last base.
Hope that intro doesn't leave your analytics with a big drop off at 13 seconds 😆. Hairspray chipping a base is a new one, haven't seen that before but totally makes sense. I agree with your assessment, the middle-ground (no pun intended) seems like best bang for the buck.

Still find it shocking that anyone can learn from me trying stuff lol
Great work impressed with your attention to detail!
Really informative 😊😊😊
Looks cool.
I envy you, you can clearly get all your supplies from a single hobby store while I need to source mine from six different stores and a garbage can.
Different stores and different times. Guess the reference
All the good stores are north of here. I have to make do with the local Walmart.

Very nice comparison video
Glad you liked it!
