This is such a smart looking plane. I bet it would be a treat as an electric 3 channel. Can clearly see a couple electric conversions on outerzone. Inspiring!
@@terryblackman6217 Thanks Terry, appreciate the comment, yes, I am on a steep learning curve, but enjoying evert second of it. Just need the right weather to get back out there 😀
When I use closed loop control (and I use them a lot because of the type of models I like - eg Moths and WW1 aircraft) I run the wire through snake outers which makes replacement easy and perhaps in this case stop the tangle problem. A 17" prop seems enormous. As a change (and because I'm not getting any younger!) my current build is an electric Junior 60, so not much different from your KK Gypsy.

This is so different to anything that you have done before that you are bound to run into these problems. A massive good luck with the second maiden.

Lovely, that prop will make a big difference 👌
Thank you very much 😀
I look forward to seeing how it flies with a proper prop! When you start to get over 700 turns on the motor I suggest you use a blast tube.
Thank you very much for the comment Ron, really appreciate the great advice 😀
