    What practice will I learn
    Samagama includes a series of structured exercises and improvisational movement sequences built around various personalized themes, which helps in building a connection between mind and body. She teaches individuals to use their bodies to express and explore emotions.
    Benefits of this practice
    Regular practice of the Samagama routine helps the practitioner to significantly increase the range of body movements on a regular basis creating a higher awareness of the body improving self-expression
    Incorporating in my life
    The practitioner can practice it on a regular basis for around 30-60 min ideally. They should make the practice self-reflective by journaling the thoughts and emotions they experience while practicing it both in words as well as drawings.
    About the specialist
    Tripura specializes in teaching creative movement holding an experience of more than three decades. She is a trained professional of bharatanatyam from the renowned institute of Kalakshetra Chennai, South India. She has received fellowships from the Indian Ministry of Culture for her innovations in dance therapy and contemporary dance. She has combined bharatanatyam, Chhau, Dance movement therapy, and elements from ancient Buddhist practices to create a unique and holistic wellbeing offering called Samagama that promotes bodily self-expression.
