    a capoeira sempre teve técnicas de mão com o passar foram se aprimorando, o próprio Bimba fez box e observou outros estilos para modernizar a capoeira.

      Correto, a capoeira sempre teve golpes de mão, desde a capoeira primitiva.
      Ex: cutilada, tapa, soco ( asfixiante)
      OBS: a cutilada também era uma defesa.
      Fonte: capoeira marcial

    This is a good workout for a beginner like myself. Where did you get the training slacks from? Hope you will do more of the technique videos.

    Putz quanta falta de conhecimento sobre a história da capoeira como luta.As técnicas de mão da capoeira remontam desde os tempos das lendárias Maltas no Rio de Janeiro.O primeiro a descrever os golpes utilizados pelos capoeiras naquela época,foi o lendário Plácido de Abreu,no seu livro "Os Capoeiras" de 1888.Nele golpes como Galopante,bofetada,trinca-dente e moquete demonstram q esse tipo de técnica era de uso mais do que normal.Dizer q isso foi retirado do boxe é no mínimo n conhecer a capoeira no seu contexto histórico como luta,especialmente a capoeiragem carioca.Vale ressaltar q os capoeira nem sempre lutavam de mão limpo,se utilizando de armas como pedaços de pau,bengalas de 50 cm de grossura,facas,navalhas e raramente armas de fogo como o revólver.Com Mestre Bimba,q havia aprendido um pouco de boxe,esses golpes aplicados com as mãos são aperfeiçoados e n acrescentados como muita gente acha.Estudar a capoeira de Bimba assim como conhecer a história da capoeiragem carioca é mais do que obrigação por quem pratica capoeira,mas isso é algo q com o tempo está se perdendo aos poucos!

    other capoeira videos here in yt claimed capoeira don't have really closed hand techniques, slapping perhaps and elbow strikes. i think this one one is one of the many hybrid styles just for a total body work out or to improvised their martial art techniques. nevertheless its a good video.

      do u know what kandeka is?

    • @shadowlancer45
      @shadowlancer45 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      i've heard that before. sounds like early childhood combat training for young africans and stick fighting, i guess? but i never heard it predominantly uses acrobatic and spinning kicks same as capoeira. u mean is this one related to that?

    • @angel132100
      @angel132100 8 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      you are correct in what you described, to put it simply kandeka was just slap boxing. if ou simply close your fist then it's pretty much the same thing regular boxing. kandeka was done by the same people who originated what we now know as capoeira. culturally wise historically, capoeira is not absent of hand strikes however hand strikes aren't flashy, and what we see is capoeira today for the most part is nothing more then what made the approval of the oppresive brazillian government that wanted to exploit the acrobatics of capoeira and capoeira culture for financial gain while systematically doing away with the more combative element which was done by religous commonderence and political pressure. in a word todaysd capoeira is nothing more then a flashy romanticized cluster fuck of it's former self which is why you have to get into the history and mosty importantly the cultural root of capoeira. once you do that everything will fall into place and makes thisn practice excersize rational

      angel132100 info acquired. so it is. however as for me non-linear adding hand techniques .e.g. hook punches, uppercut, while u do "ginga" will make u easily off balance. perhaps becoz of the unstable stance while u do d swaying footwork while throwing a circular force from upper body. but reverse straight punch is ok though. it gives additional power 2 d blow if u synchronize ur punch reversely w/ ur footwork. ever try dat one?

    • @angel132100
      @angel132100 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +street art rebel the ginga is only during Capoiera game play however the ginga is not recommended and is actually advised against in real time combat, in fact the ginga wasn't even a part of Capoiera until the late 19th centiry. . .
