Children play around the docks. Two young girls push a toy pram and a wheel gets stuck in tram tracks. Two older boys approach the girls, one who looks around 10 years old is smoking. The boys run off and continue to climb around the dockyards. Young boy continues to smoke. He starts to feel sick, throws cigarette away and picture becomes blurred.
