For people installing recently (2022): it took me up to six minutes for it to work, but it eventually loaded! I didn't need to follow any of the other steps in the video either.

Hi James, need your help. Each time I launch vita homebrew browser it lauches the built-in browser app separely. When i switch back to the vita homebrew browser, it again switches over to the built-in browser app. I tried deleting (even the hb browser in data folder in ux0 vitashell) and re-installing again, but same issue.
Both versions are giving me errors....... Reinstalled the original version and now it works woohoo! Thankyou so much. Left a like. It loaded up once and now it's throwing me constant errors again I'm sick of this.
Mine is more severe my psvita is permanently stuck on a black screen nothing I do seems to do anything no audio can be heard touch screen doesn’t work or the Controls it’s also permanently on can’t turn it off I don’t know if I need to get a new one or if this is fixable.

I bought it used and it turned out to be modded on 3.65 it had these programs on it h encore, vita shell, simple account switcher, tf card plugin tool, and enso. I opened enso and I did the unhack through there by I believe pressing the triangle. I then formatted the system so that I could start from scratch. When I go to system update it stalls and says msg_system_update I can exit out if it but I can never go further. I can’t sign into the PlayStation store to update the system also. Do you have a solution for me. I even tried to do a system restore and it didn’t fix it. I just wanted to bring it back to stock. Any thoughts or suggestions for this fix. I’ve looked online but I really can’t find much on how to fix this issue. Big thanks in advance.

Dont know if you'll get this but what help me was transfer h encore over wifi not USB, and make sure Not to trim it. Also make sure qcma is up to date. After that just keep trying if it still crash because it has 25% success rate so close thy app and reopen
will it use the same method to reinstall autoplugin 2 to the newest version? i cant update through the autoplugin 2 itself because theres an error message after we pressed the update menu. my current autoplugin 2 version: 1.81 or should uninstall all the plugin first, then delete the autoplugin 2?
Any idea on how to fix the trophies app? i keep getting a "The data is corrupt. (NP-6185-0)" message everytime i try to sync/view my PSN trophies, i was on 3.73 and downgraded to 3.60 enso to see if it would fix the error but it's still there, i don't want to lose my trophies :(
I still get the 404 error code. I will set it to the side and see if it ever loads. I'll let you know. Update: I fell asleep for about 1.5 hrs and when I woke up the app was fully loaded and works perfectly fine now. Patience is a virtue.
the homebrew wiki browser is a different hbb. it got nothin to do with the original (1st) hbb by rinnegattemante. the wiki hbb is by silica & pina , and is the one thats still workin for me , but its not that loaded with all homebrew apps . correct me if i'm wrong.

I’ve downgraded to 3.6, done a total fresh install of Enso on my Vita, and still, this app won’t work. Not sure what the deal is but it feels like the app itself is glitchy/unstable.

You can just download it from NPS browser in pc Then after you download it you can just simply transfer the file into the Uxo then find the file called app and then you're good just make sure to refresh vita shell but if you ran into problems just delete the file and re install it Works for me
First, you install Fixed Homebrew Browser and turn it on. You turn off and the second time you turn on the update. It will take a while, but it will turn on. Ready

Previous version was unusable aswel, gave up on this long ago... Takes ages to load when it's not crashing right away, if you get the chance to have a look inside it it will just crash after 3 app browsed...

Installing the "fixed" version, updating it to the current version, then waiting 2-3 mins on the black screen made it work for me.
Would only work for me if I used the fixed version but didn't update. Updating cause the same error message I was getting before.

Just a quick question ..uninstalling the homebrew browser wont delete your mod will it ? Its just a way to download new emulators and such ?
The fixed worked. It said Error 404, but then loaded after the black screen. (CFW 3.65)

The problem is that mac users search for options to download files directly on Vita cause content manager doesn’t update for latest os anymore.

If the size is not showing , something is wrong with the sdcard or the sd2vita
check the sd first for errors separately on pc or smth and see if it works
