The TH-cam app asks after 30 minutes & web app TH-cam stops afters 60 minutes but you can turn it off there . I watch these on the web app because of that. And since it’s either sleep or meditation, it doesn’t have to be perfect lol as long as you get the sound right?😊

I’ve been seeing shadow figures that forms spirals or they go into each other or shadow people in my meditations for so long. Usually with a purple or white background. I know I’m seeing thru my third eye, I can never make out what these flow of dark figures are. Maybe it’s whatever I want them to be 🤷♂️
